Stanislav Kshevitskii has twenty years of legal experience in law enforcement agencies. He received a law degree from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University of Ukraine (Kharkiv) and continued his scientific and practical work in the field of international human rights law at the Postgraduate PhD Program at the RUDN Law Institute at the Department of International Law (Moscow).
Stanislav Kshevitskii is the author of a number of scientific papers in the field of international human rights law, as well as a participant in international scientific and practical conferences in the field of international legal protection of human rights.
As an English-speaking Russian lawyer Stanislav Kshevitskii focuses on white collar crimes, extradition defense and human rights law in the Russian Federation and Internationally.
Stanislav Kshevitskii also practices in other areas of litigation, including civil litigation, business law, serious personal injury and wrongful death claims.
